WhiteCastle: the cross between dynasty Ice and legendary White Widow

Nirvana hooked me up with my WhiteCastle and Lowrider seeds this week, and after experimenting a bit with some different set-ups I've got 4 of their mystery seeds growing pretty strong. For a day or so I've had the WhiteCastle seeds (non-feminized) and Lowrider seeds in wet paper towels, in a plastic bag over a heat vent. I'll leave them like that for a couple of days giving them a chance to sprout, then plant in MG seed starting mix under a humidity dome with 2x6500 and 2x2700 lights.

The four mystery seeds that I germinated first as a trial run for my set-up just peaked the soil's surface today. Two of the four grew about an inch on their first day. I'm pretty impressed, and will throw up some pics in the next day or two. After a week or so I'll transplant them to a concealed scog set-up that will, for now, be used for vegetation before I move the plants to flower in a tent.

More to come...and most likely some fine ass bud as well.

Just a quick update: plants are looking good, two seedlings survived and they both sprouted a new set of leaves. I usually open up the humidity dome for about an hour a day with the fan going next to it to get air circulation. Lights are on full 24/7 right now. I will check on the WhiteCastle and Lowrider seeds tomorrow after 72 hrs. Check out my set-up.

Last night I checked out the WhiteCastle and Lowrider seeds and they all sprouted, so I planted them in MG seed starter. Now I have 7 WhiteCastles and 3 Lowriders going along with the two mystery seedlings from Nirvana. Between last night and this morning, almost all of them sprouted above the soil, minus one Lowrider and WhiteCastle. I'm pretty excited about the success rate though I'm definitely not counting out the remaining two yet. Cross your fingers for me on this grow guys and feel free to share any tips along the way. I'll throw up some pics of my concealed vegetative grow and future SCROG set-up in a bit.

@DSB65: Yup, I got em both from Nirvana. I'm using two grow areas for the vegetative and flowering phases. The set-up pictured above is a seperate fish tank that I covered on top with syran wrap and on the inside with tin foil for the sprouts. After my seedlings are ready in a week or so, I'll move them all to my veg. set-up and eventually I'll leave the Lowriders in there when I transition the rest to my tent for flowering. UPDATE: My 11 seedlings are going pretty strong. One of the WhiteCastle sprouts didn't make it through yesterday but the other 6 are doing just fine, as well as the 3 Lowriders and 2 randos I have going. They are all currently growing in my vegetative/future SCROG set-up, which is a medium-height dresser that I've converted into a concealed grow space. Essentially I cut the bottoms out of the drawers, which opened up the inside, and covered the interior walls with aluminum foil for reflection. I have my CFL lights hanging from the top, and pretty soon I will create some external ventilation from the back of the dresser.

Question: I've been debating purchasing an LED as my primary grow light for the flowering phase. Anyone here have experience growing with these? It's either LED or HPS, but I'm leaning toward LED for the simplicity of being able to plug it in without a ballast and not worrying about heat output as much as with an HPS. I understand that they also have a longer life and consume less electricity, and of course I'm a big supporter of going green

Also, does anyone use a humidity dome during the vegetative phase? My plants/young sprouts have been doing alot better with one, so I've been thinking about continuing to use it over the next month or so.
