Whitish sludge in Autopot reservoir and tubing

Hi. I've been having issue with my Autopot setup. Last week I noticed whitish sludge in the reservoir and obstructing the tubing. I am not using any organic nutrients. At the time I was only using GHE cal mag, Flora micro, gro, bloom, growth technology liquid silicon and growth tech aquaburst. I didnt think of contamination as there was no foul smell.
But I did a complete overhaul anyways and soaked the whole system including the valves and tubing in peroxide.
With the new batch of nutrient mix, I excluded the liquid silicon as I read somewhere that cal mag can have a reaction with silicon which causes precitate. Almost a week later, again one of the tube got obstructed with the whitish/brownish sludge. So what is the cause? I am already using water pump to help the nutrient circulate in the reservoir.

Silicon mixed with 1 gallon of water and left for an hour before pouring into 9 gallon of cal mag>micro>gro>bloom>aquaburst.

Yes completely lightproof

No organics like hydroguard

Water circulated with water pump which turns on/off for 4 hours each to reduce res temp. Res temp maintains at 24-25c

I'll try that first. Having the water pump on all the time. But i thought the general consensus for autopot is to avoid all organic nutrient as it has more chances of sludge and precipitate.
