PITTSBURGH — A Southern California man who spent nearly six years in prison for marijuana trafficking in the mid-1980s will spend six months in federal prison for running a company that sold a male prosthetic that helped men cheat on drug tests.
Sixty-seven-year-old Gerald Wills, of San Pedro, sold a product called the Whizzinator along with a synthetic urine that could be used to fill the device so pilots, truck drivers and others could pass federally mandated drug tests.
Wills' partner, Robert Catalano, of Huntington Beach, was also sentenced Tuesday to three years on probation.
Prosecutors asked for leniency for both men because they are cooperating in other investigations.
The men pleaded guilty in 2008 to conspiracy to sell drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

That's the first conspiracy law decisions I've heard. The guy DID NOT do anything illegal! That's what conspiracy laws are, they can put you in jail for ANY reason. Complete BULLSHIT! IDK how this isn't Unconstitutional.

Yep, anytime the govt. can't find evidence that one has done something wrong, they always go for the "We believe he wanted to do something criminal" aka conspiracy. In a way, could that be construed as having illegal thoughts? If thinking about a crime can get one locked up, I would of been screwed before getting out of elementary school.

The whizzanator is considered drug paraphernalia in some states, just like tommy chong going to jail for selling glass.

Look, dude was doing this over state lines and, well, the thing wasn't advertised as a sex toy, it was advertised as a fake penis to scam drug tests.

I dont know this is just another big ass hypocrit piss fest. You wana have drug test to invade my life and frankly what I take wether given by a Dr or not is nobodies buisness at all untill I do it publicly. If you wana call it fair and legal to drug test people under the guese of having a safer work place or whatever fine but in doing so make the tests be able to pick up anything used more then 48hrs ago show up too like weed. Stop testing for pregnancey stop testing for sex. The bottom line is the noraml piss test is ment to single out MJ users. If you wana single out a group and profile them then frankly you need to expect someone to come along and lvl the playing field. Thats what happended here.

I want my freedom back to do what I want when I want in the my own home as long as it doesnt effect the public it shouldnt matter.

you are free to do whatever you want when you want and how you want. If you dont want to take a drug test DONT, it isnt mandatory and noone is forcing your dick into a cup. So you wont get the job you want or you may get fired but who cares right? as long as you are able to smoke weed in the freedom of your place with whoever you chose. Ya the LEO have their priorities in order.

Ive used the whizzinater since 1999 without ever failing one test...ALS.com is selling these now as golden shower toys...peace
