Ive grown 3 purp strains and NEVER saw 1 spec of purple..Good ass genetics though!

drop the temps to 65 at night... you'll see purple on almost every strain.. atleast in my garden i get atleast purple leaves and some tips turn dark purple. worth a try... plus it kills mites taking temps down that low...i do it the whole way thru flowering

It doesn't kill them, but it does slow down their reproductive cycle...ie fewer insects and easier to control.

i know thats the secret but my temps in there could NEVER get that low..Man where i live right now it sun shinig and about 80 degrees!Unless i would put a lil window unit in there...We get cold fronts and thats it!Might get 50 degrees for a day or two but thats it!

Actually I misspoke... they vegd in party cups for a few days then xplanted into the 2 gal containers and str8 to 12/12 sorry for the confusion,

Thanks Raider I think the co2 helps allot The smoke is very nice I'm no good at smoke reports but I'll sit down and try to put some thought into it for you guys... They are all unique in their own way so I'll try to put my finger on what makes each strain special and try to put it into words

I think the party cup is a good idea. For one reason, this is a time for roots.
I recommend buying a bottle of voodoo juice. For one, its 70 dollars.. but since those cups are only 16oz? It wont take much water to fill them. I used that stuff once and i had some serious roots.(i used voodoojuice,Tranchula,pirhana)(ANd a little bit of grow,micro,bloom,+vitamaxb1) The roots were mental. Growing out of the pots and the bottom had a mat of roots and two weeks vegged.
To bad the landlord was selling the house and they had no place to go.
Anyways, the party cups can be placed closer under the 1000watt. How many party cups can you fit in 32 sq ft? Alot. maybe 200?. Now compare that to 2 gallons. You might get 80vegged correctly. Remember they dont need as much light or use as much, but some placed to far away may not be getting the right amount of light.
I like the party cup idea. And i think its going to be good in soilbeds. 50 a light/lollipoped. 1 week veg in cups.
Some people say fuck "SOG" but maybe there setup wasnt good enough for those plants in the first place. Its all about getting more in less.
Cons to party cups. More work.

Hey WDN, Those are some fatty buds you grew there, while the pictures speak for themselves I was wondering what you think of the Digilux 600w HPS you switched in near the beginning, compared to the hortilux. I looked through the thread and didnt see it mentioned again.

I'm moving to HID with a digital ballast and was thinking of buying this bulb. So I was wondering if you noticed a huge difference between this grow and your others?
