chammomile is nice for the relaxation and flavor, as is the lavender... but chammomile promotes hyperplexia (sweating), so dont drink alot and then go to bed with a big blanket on... but it also increases the amount of antibacterials in your urine and helps with muscle cramps.... im just learning alot myself, but there is a whole lot to be said for herbals; you just wont/dont hear much because of the fda and their money making propaganda from the pharm. companies that cant patent nature.... if you are really interested ill post up a ton of information about different herbs and their uses as well as tastes and my experience with them....
