Incredible 4g on Verizon

I have 2.3.4 still too.... hmmmm. This phone is only two weeks old too and got two system updates when I picked it up.

Regardless, It's a LITTLE faster than my Incredible 3g. Bigger screen, kickstand,.... 4g. So nothing too special that I know of at least.

2.3.4 how come i cant update this shit lol.. its not jailbroken or anything
Updates depend on the phone and it's capabilities...THey just came out with a new android OS update, but not all phones can get it.
I just got a new phone yesterday and it has the new one, but my older phone couldn't get the new one.

One of my friends had one of these he found on the side of the road and actually used it for awhile...

My Dad had one of the first ones that came in the suitcase you had to carry with you everywhere...lol. Like this huge bag that had a regular looking telephone in it...with an antenna sticking out the back of the case...hilarious...Like taking your office desk with you.

I googled the storage space issue in the past and followed instructions on a phone reset that does clear stuff out. Not getting the not enough storage space message, but I do have a circle icon in the top bar warning about storage space...but again, the system says I have plenty

if you got a decent phone and want it to be up to date, just get a new sd card.. they are getting pretty cheap for a lot of memory

Yes, I run a 16 gig SD card because I use my phone as an ipod as well. The EVO allows up to a 32 gb card. Let's see the iPhone do that lol.

i have the evo shift 4g and i like it fine. i manually check for updates because it doesn't alert me. the updates are almost always a major improvement. still can't edit desktop folders, though.

i got the shift understanding that i would be losing out on a bit of stuff to have the slide out keyboard. there's not near enough storage and it's not very powerful but fuck all that touch screen keyboard crap. i have big meat mitts and touch screen keyboards are for bony delicate hands.

interestingly, my keyboard is fucking up and i have to press the left keys and it's very hard to type. the qaz keys, the comma key, and the function keys are all fucked up. still better than touch screen imo.

and fuck you, sprint. how come my phone roams in my own living room? and why do i still not get 4g service here? burn in hell :finger:

I got a Droid 2. Have had it for about a year and a half and haven't had any problems with it.

My last phone--Blackberry Storm--was such a raging piece of shit. There were so many things wrong with that phone, that when I got my new one, I made a night out of getting drunk and destroying my Storm. I'll just say this: Blackberry's don't hold up well to a broad-tipped arrow fired from a compound bow.
