I am a rare individual, at least in my area. Most people believe the effects of cannabis are solely dependent upon the cannabinoid levels, and don't take into account the secondary resins produced, most of which are terpenes. Examples of terpenes include d-limonene, beta caryophyllene, beta myrcene, alpha pinene, linalool, farnesene, humulene, etc....
This is a very limited list. Nearly all terpenes have highly acclaimed medicinal value according to numerous medical professionals, just do a little research in scientific journals...Of my particular interest are d-limonene, b-myrcene, and b-caryophyllene....Which have VERY strong anti-spasmodic, anti-septic, anti-anxiety, and analgesic properties.
I believe strongly that these essential oils hold the cure to many ailments, especially when combined with an effective strain rich in both THC and CBD.
Is anybody else out there aware of these potent organic chemicals??? I can't find anybody around me to discuss them with. Please share your information if you have it!!!
