Who let the frogs out

Went to check the girls after work and found these two standing guard. Both on the same plant and about 6 ft up.
Also I think they have begun to flower. What do you think? I am a first time grower. Are they flowering? Thanks for looking.

Good omen! Had one in one of mine a few seasons ago. Stuck around for a month and I didn't find a single bug on that plant.
