The "fat buddha" is pretty widespread, the chinese often have him holding money and making offerings is supposed to bring prosperity (lots of superstition in China) thats why they are in places of business. So they may not be Japanese could be chinese or even korean. For eyebrows I would assume Korean.

i usually have a sandwich or 2 a day, turkey or chicken breast with a piece of pepperjack cheese and hellman's mayo.
