Well not if you run it at anything more than half power. I love my AC Infinity gear but I still wouldn't say it's quiet.

I don’t much any experience but I’ve noticed a lot of large grows are using can-filter brand. Website claims they’re the best with 3 decades of experience plus it’s German. Sounds legit.

Honestly, depends on what you want from it and what part of the world you live.
There's work horses
There's fans for reduced noise
There's mixed flow for a bit of both.
EC motors for speed control..
Really does depend on what your aims are.
I've had fans like ruck , German made, Swiss bearings, seen 10 years of constant use and still working for second and third owners years after, 24/7 use. But are they quiet , are the fook.
But they run smoothly, perfectly balanced and shift air very well

Like everything else related to cannabis growing the best is always going to be what whoever you ask is using.
I have an Active Air. It's been running for years. Does what it needs to do. I'm not saying it's the best but a more expensive fan isn't going to perform the task any better than. I don't need a damn digital display or be able to monitor it with my phone. I plug it in and it runs. That's all that matters to me.

word. If I had a fancy display that reported everything live time to my phone I would probably never check it. I’m already going to be in the room daily. it’s just bells n whistles.
