OK quick and simple I would like to know what companies make the best most powerfull led lights? I have been looking at the HTG pannels the one that has 3 cooling fans thats 500.00 each and claims its better than a 600hps. Anybody use them? whats the highest watt led grow light made? Which ones are good for large areas?

That is still up in the air with all the grow journals. I guess you would want a great warrenty on it because they are pricey. Myself I want it made here in the states.

This is the light I use. So far it is right on track. Probably better if I had healthy plants from the start.

Only buy LED products made in the USA. Chinese-made LEDs are of inferior quality and often not the optimal red/blue wavelength. Look for LED fixtures made with BridgeLux or Cree brand LEDs.

Before you spend 500 bucks on that panel, look at what you're getting my friend. They use 1 watt LEDs, so a 120 watt panel would have 120 lights in it right? The 90 watt "UFO" version has 90 LEDs and is less than $200. Do what my buddy did, save a hundred bucks and buy (2) 90 watters. More bang, less buck. I also might add that he's VERY happy with them.

That is a gross generalization of Chinese LED tech (although a lot of LEDs coming from China are crap, BUT NOT ALL)

growledhydro lights are pretty spiffy! Their $999 '300' unit performs at least as well as a 400w MH/HPS with the proof in grow journals on another marijuana website (am I allowed to post links to it?). Their website isn't as spiffy as others but the people behind their products have put a lot of testing and effort behind getting things right.
