Who uses Ozone Generators?

I have used Carbon filters for my tent. I have used ONA gel for my dry area for quite some time now. I was thinking of buying a Uvonair 5000 Plus Ultraviolet Ozonator Ozone Generator, just so I dont have to keep buying buckets of ONA. I think I read a long time ago that they are bad for your health, but I may have confused it with a different product.
Does anyone know how well they work or if they are harmful?

The house needed to be vacated for a few days so they could use a big Ozone Generator.

For a tent you would need one for 1000 cubic feet, not 5000.

Here's one for about $90 - C.A.P. OZN-Jr Ozone Generator

They produce O[SUB]3 - [/SUB]which can kill you in large quantities. :leaf:

I use 1 and love it.-dont use it in the growroom, your plants wont have any smell. I vent into a basement room that has the ozone generator & vent that room outside. my basement is damp so I sometimes run it an hr or 2 a day when nothing is growing to control mold.I wouldn't use it in a room/area that I lived in as it can be bad for your health but if you have a unused area that you can vent into and run the ozone in, it can't be beat

now that sounds like an awesome way to use it. TY

I use 03. My main room is vented into another space where the exhausted air mixes with the ozone, and then is vented into the attic where it dissipates. Works great.
