Jeffrey Dahmer was pretty damn bad too. Not much of a body count but the shit he did to these people was just horrible. Plus, eating people bumps him up a few notchs. lol

Perfect subject well for starters you have to at lease have 1 atrocity that effected the entire world,Mass innocent deaths,Escapeing your crimes with out a trial. For instance when GWB started a war against an innocent country for a group of militant rebels thus causing the American finical system to almost break to finance a BS war.Thats the most recent world criminal i can think of.

For me it's the psyche, the shit that goes through their minds as they commit the acts. That's some seriously crazy shit!

I saw an interview recently with Ted Bundy that was pretty interesting. Seeing what these people come up with when they know all hope is lost, and they're going to die at the hands of the state for crimes they committed... Bundy even asked for forgiveness from his victims families, wtf?

Torture is also pretty crazy, for me the ones that torture get bumped up a few notches, same with the necro's and dudes who eat people... Killing someone is one thing... fucking with their corpse after they're gone is a whole new kind of fucked up imo. Also get points for killing kids, that's also really fucked up.

So who can we think of who kills kids, lots of them, eats/mutilates/has sex with their corpses, and tortures them beforehand?

Anybody fit that description?
