Whte Widow from DP (33 days old) need advice

I'm growing feminized White Widow from Dutch Passion (http://www.dutch-passion.nl/en/cannabis-seeds/product/white-widow/) supposedly 75% indica 25% sativa.
They are growing under a 600W HPS agro bulb (enriched with blue spectrum).
The temp is 75f day and 66f night with average RH 60%.
The bulb is 23'' from the tops.

The thing I'm worried about is that she is VERY short and bushy, I don't think I have seen a plant as short and bushy as this one...
The 3 plants I'm growing have 6 nodes but they are only 8-9 inches tall (highest 9'' and the other 2 are 8'') with huge fan leaves.
I was planning on topping them or LST but considering their size I was thinking of just leaving them alone, the height isn't a problem at all as I can raise the light 8 feet if needed (but that wont be needed for this plant for sure).
I was thinking of letting them veg for like 1 more week then flower but considering how short they are I think they might need at least 2 more weeks of vegging?

I didn't grow for a long time and I forgot most of what I knew so I would appreciate any advice you can give me

They look normal , just raise ur light. Give then more time , if you dont have many and are able to give then a bigger poot .They look fine there just young let them grow .

I raised the light to 27'' I hope that's enough to let them stretch a bit more (or would you advise to raise more?). On the light bulb it says minimal distance is 22'' so I thought to let them have all the light possible but that's why they are so small and bushy maybe (or it's just the strain).

With those wide leaves I would say it's a 100% indica not a white widow. Even when I wrote indica leaf on google picture search I didn't see a leaf that wide lol (or maybe the widest leaf is comparable to this one). Well I guess it's very indica dominanat and I like that as I need it for sleeping and watching tv anyway.
