It was cut with something most likely and wasnt coke it at all 0% cause even if it was just with caffeine pills or numorous other products that you can use to produce similar effects you would have felt some type of speedy feeling.

First time I tried blow, I felt a difference, though not a big one, having ADD and anxiety problems, it made it all go away, yet at the end I felt .. normal .. became bored.
I was expecting more, though taking more would mean a bigger crash, so I didn't. Woke up the next morning and felt I had my coffee already.

Try it after some drinks, if you still dont notice its effects it must be really bad coke or something else, be careful though, cocaine + alcohol metabolises into a different stimulating chemical "cocaethyleen" putting a bigger strain on the heart.
