why are my buds all hairs and leaves?

I can't seem to figure out why my buds are all hairs and leaves. This is the second strain to do this to me. I have 1000 watt hps for flowering room temp is 78° and humidity is 40%.

Try a bulb with a better spectrum...hortilux or something..

What are you using now? Had the same problem till I switched to a horti

High quality led is another way to get better end product..

Might just be bad strains too..starts there

I've had bad luck with the blue dream and berry bomb strians. my candy kush and tora bora came out killer I don't get it

Have you been growing strains out to the full recommended flower time? a lot of times people just pull too early because the bud looks good on a plant but once its dried you end up with leaves and hairs.

The blue dream I let grow full term. The berry bomb is stI'll flowering but looks the same

Maybe the seeds weren't what the seed bank claimed they were idk.

if its only been 2 plants then maybe you just got bad phenos :/ thats kind of the risk in running seeds is the inherent variability vs clones

If it looks like this, it's not a bad thing. But be careful you are not using too much N.

Looks like a haze dominate plant in early flower. Wait 3 weeks. It gets better. Patience is key. Best of luck. Peace

you cant actually believe anything you read from seed bays they will always tell you what u want to hear and imo always add on 2 week at least sumtimes 1 but mostly 2+ from what they say

I had one other strain after 9 weeks it still looked like hairs and leaves so I pulled it. I'll let this one grow til it does something or dies. Thanks for the support everyone. Much appreciated.
