Why are my leaves doing this?

Why are my leaves doing this? The downward tuck and fold thing. I water every 4 days give or take when they pot is light at pick up? Temps at 76-80 humidity at 59-69 averaging 78.9 degrees and 63.7 RH. The picture with my hand is for some form of reference on height of the fam to top of the canopy and the fam is set to 6/10 as the highest setting. There’s also a stationary fan down by the 5 gal pot

Thank you. I looked into everything except wind damage. I never even considered it…

One of my plants does that same thing. The plant im referring to is in a veg tent that has no fans. In my case, the plant is sensitive to N. It requires less N.

That’s good know as well. There’s so much to learn about our beloved plants lol
