Why are my seedlings closing up?

My seedlings that I have in coco are closing up instead of opening up and sucking in the light. What causes this?

My others are wide open lovin the light and growing just fine

Only thing that makes sense to me is that they are at the "Light Saturation Point".
Happens to my tomato plant's.

What light schedule do you have?

"Light Saturation Point". What does that mean?

They are on right now 24/0 sometimes it gets turned off before I go to bed but not often lately

This is a quote on quote...

As light intensity is increased, eventually an intensity is reached above which light no longer is the factor limiting the overall rate of photosynthesis. We say that a process is 'saturated' for a particular reactant when adding more of it does not increase the rate, just as a sponge becomes saturated with water when it can't hold any more. At the light saturation point, increasing the light no longer causes an increase in photosynthesis.

So I just came back from my local hydro shop with some bigger grodan cubes to put the seedlings in later. He said that they closed up because the coco was too wet. Let it dry out a little and they should open back up and do their thang
