ok so just to clarify to grow the plant leaves and roots hps is the right bulb but when its time to get them to flower and grow the peppers i will need to swap it out for a mh bulb (and change the lighting to 12/12)or put them on the windowsill.

i do have a dual spectrum bulb but i will buy a mh bulb so i can use it when the time comes

Wow really MH TO VEG. HPS TO FLOWER. this is for cannabis ONLY. You dont need a HPS or 12/12 to grow what YOU are growing. I have never used the bulb you got and my self i think all those kind of bulbs are crap, I dont veg. and flower in the same room either.
