The right is just as much into diversity as the left, keep wages low, bring in talent, etc. I think the issue is with illegal immigration, unskilled immigration, and unvetted immigrants (almost 40% of hispanics voted for trump, I think that says something)

I guess we can agree to disagree on the respect and rights of others bit.. Maybe the question is "is one persons 'right' not to hear arbitrary, subjective, words greater than anothers right to speak?" From my position they the left focuses more on the rights of groups vs the rights of individuals.

Individuals have rights. Groups of people do not have any more right than any of the individuals contained within the group. It is mathematically impossible to be otherwise.

For example you can’t kick black people out of your store just because they are black, even though you want that to be legal

So you have nothing to show that defensive gun uses outnumber shootings by a lot? Also you are 200x more likely to use a gun defensively than you are to accidentally shoot a family member.
