If that is coco/perlite, then water with nutes every day. A 20 gal pot will take a lot of water to water/feed to runoff. Coco should never go dry.

sorry new to this lol. but how much should I be watering everyday? I have been trying my best to water it everyday. the leaves are clawing so I cut the nutes down. my last plant I had overwatered so I'm very hesitant to give it a bunch of water. I give it about 4 cups every night

Feed to substantial run off daily using light nutes and a pH around 6.0.
Never give plain water.
Never let the coco get dry.

ya I was gonna say don’t water everyday but u might not be getting enough in because it’s such a big pot , u don’t wanna over water and if it’s a good potting soil u don’t need nutes right now just tap water would be best

edit : could have dry spots in the pot

also I'm using black gold organic potting soil
If it's potting soil, wait until the soil is fairly dry before watering again. Stick you finger down in the soil 3-4 inches. If its dry down in the soil a ways, water. If it's damp or wet, wait and check again the next day and so on. After a bit you'll get a general feel for time between waterings.

ok so don't water everyday? yeah I was looking and there's like water droplets coming off my the bottom of the leaves. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. so use light nutes everytime though? I never give just plain water if I'm giving it anything but my base veg nutes I give it water with cal mag and epsom salts every other day

You're unsure if water dripping from your leaves is good or not?

This just baffles me....wow...is it a normal occurance for you to see this out and about in your daily activities? Like do you live in a rain forrest or something? I live in the desert and shit is dry as fuck here haha

Easy way to test if you need to water when ur plant is this big just lift her up you'll notice if shes light or heavy . If ur still not sure put ur finger in the soil so it covers it a bit above the nail . If u feel moistness and the soil sticks to ur finger and nail dont water if its dry and the soil falls down water .

Good luck on ur grow.
