Why indoors auto?

I love having a single 18 hour light cycle so I can have plants growing at all stages. This allows me to grow a larger variety of beans. It's not always about what is the maximum you can grow, but FFIW, there are auto flower varieties that produce massive yields if that is what you want.

Well for me, it’s about labor. I’m getting up there and a lower back issue complicates things… At least for me. I’m sure others have their own reasons.

What are those crazy pyramid things you're growing from? Also what strain is on the far right?

I am growing Autos and Photos side by side. I veg them together, then when the photos need to be flowered I swap my Autos into a smaller tent under some small lights.

The only reason I would ever grow an auto is outdoors in a short season climate like here at 8500 ft. I think they're an abomination though if I'm gonna be honest,

Indoor autos are your absolute quickest potential for fully ripe potent flower.

I still have a wild theory that autos "get you higher" or, shall I say, gove you a "better high". Still just a theory though.

I run photos mostly, but also use autos as "gap fillers" so if a photo has not stretched and wont use up its available canopy area without weeks more veg I will drop some autos in those slots and get that canopy wall to wall full with no big gaps.

I was one of the breeders years back working on lowryders breeding projects with the doc. Therefore autos (even modern hybrids) hold a special place in my heart and when I start working again they will have a spot in my projects once again.

In our northern cold climate they have always been a goto. Along with fast flowering indica strains as well as the mutant lines to lower the risk of loosing your crop in the short outdoor season.

Just curious why you think auto's are an abomination? Due to the Ruderalis incorporation into the breeding?

Everyone's different. All the autos I grew had a similar effect on me, and I wasn't a big fan of it. Potency was definitely there though. It's also I'm picky af when it comes to the effects I look for.

It's kinda a joke. But at the same time I'm kinda against them. Don't want that gene to spread into our good shit and ruin a good thing. I know lots of people that grow them I just like to give them a hard time. I do think they could serve a purpose though if lights an issue or in a more extreme climate like here. Here in CO I couldn't grow regulars outside without a greenhouse and crap.

I have the same worries though with shitty hermie strains that people let throw pollen all over outside. Pollen can travel miles through the air. I'm mainly just having fun.

You should see up here in Edmonton. Aren't you from California or something?
