Why is it so hard to find hash in Houston?

Supply/demand... Houston is a redneck town and texas is kinda a conservative state. Most don't have any trouble lighting up some good bud but for some reason a lot of people think hash is some hardcore drug - prolly cause they're ignorant.
If you see a demand, buy that mexican brick and make some money.

I also think that unless your a big time grower your not making much more hash then your keeping for your self. I know I never have any to get rid of. I might give a good friend a gram or something, but I never end up making more then a few.

The penalties for hash in Tx are more severe than bud,I just looked on Norml..it's insane. Any amount is a felony ( opposed to marijuana which is a misdemeanor under 4 ounces). 1-4 grams of hash = 2-10 years,over 4 grams can be up to a 20 year sentence!

agree, not many make hash them self, atlest not more then for there own use, here in Europe if we want hash its always "imported" from either Morocco or India/Kashmir, easy to find, but you some how have to get in contact with gangs, here in Denmark its mostly Hell Angles and Bandidors as they are the once smuggling/selling it (one of the reason why I grow myself)

wow !! thats crazy, for real ? no wonder the US have the most inmates in the world, here in Denmark they just made our laws more harsh, now if you get busted with between 1-10 grams of hash on you get a fine on 400$ more then 10g you will be arrested on suspicion of sale, but rarely lead to anything unless its more then 100g and you also have a lot of money on you as well and/or is known by the police then it might lead to a search warren
them who sells often get a year or two unless its hugh amounts and/or they have been busted before, then I have heard about 4-6 years but then we are talking Ton`s of Hash

Trust me you can get hash or anything else in Houston. It's knowing the right people like any other town. Considering the LEO activity in Texas overall suspicions can run deep.
BTW - showing up ay music clubs with damned good pot you're willing to share with the right folks can lead to other things sometimes. Not arriving looking to buy but to share.

That comment shows your ignorance. There is Hash in Texas and plenty of it. You simply need to know the right people. Texas growers are the same as anywhere else we make hash and keep it for ourselves and our friends. But I do know of several people in the DFW that import hash from CO and CA. In anycase there is plenty of fine extracts of all types and edibles to be had around here.
