Why is my baby sad?

I water when its bone dry and its bone dry every 3 days, I would be scared to go to 4 as it would probably be dead lol
You said the picture you shared was one day out from watering on the 3rd day. The top soil isn't even close to dry. Usually the top dries out first so I'd be shocked if the entire pot dried out in a single day.

Please share a picture of the top soil tomorrow before you water.

It's probably droopy because he is only feeding her every 3 days. You need to feed until run off everyday and if the EC is coming out of the bottom of the pot higher than 1.0 then you are overfeeding. From what I can tell. He is using coco and perlite and it needs to be fed until run off every single day. It looks like it might need transplanting into a bigger pot also. And I would probably lower the humidity from 69% to no more than 60%. At this point if the humidity is higher than 60% you are risking powdery mildew issues.

You don't treat coco like soil. Feeding every 3 days is your main issue. You need to feed daily until run off in Coco. And your Humidity is too high for the Veg stage. Anything higher than 60% in veg is a risk. Start feeding her at 1.2 EC and see what the run off is coming out at the bottom of the plant pot. If it's higher than 1.0 EC then you are over feeding. If it's lower than 1.0 EC then wait a week and up the feed by 0.2 EC

I'm growing in soil mate. I'm using biobizz lite mix and I water when the pot is light as a feather.
What I don't understand is how the plant can look perfectly fine in the middle of the say but mornings and evening it starts drooping again. It makes no sense!
Its 4 weeks old tomorrow and its been doing the same thing every day since its first true leaves

I forgot to say- I haven't given it a single feed yet at all, just ph'd water

Just spitballing here since I'm no expert, but could it be transplant shock? Did they start in the solo cups you mentioned?
Yes Gwarf, started in solo cup and soon as second set of leaves appeared it started drooping.
I transplanted about a week ago into 2.5 liter pot and it seems to be growing ok but just keeps drooping in mornings and evening. No worse or better on watering days. I'm stumped!

Others are more experienced growers than me, so i don't know about the status of your roots, watering practices etc.
But could it be just the natural movement of the plant, waking up and going to sleep? The plant looks healthy overall so at least that's a good sign.

My plants do the same every day. When the light turns on they look droopy/wilting at first, then it takes them about 2-3 hours to start perking up. And about 2-3 hours before lights off, they start looking like that again.

Check in the middle of the light schedule, the leaves should be all perky and ''praying'' upwards.

How much do you water? Any runoff? If it isn't water related, it's a root issue. If you let soil dry too much it can get hydrophobic. ??

Thanks for all your help everyone. This morning I have decided to cull the plant as I am not happy with the strain. The seed was sitting in my cupboard for a few years and I had problems germinating several strains from the same batch. I am going back to my old faithful strain which has never given me any issues

The strain isn't the issue. Good luck with the next grow.

If you're not growing in coco, it's probabl

It's probably root bound. I've had plants in the past that droop at night but in the day they look fine. And I never had any problems with them :bigjoint:

You would learn a lot from letting them grow. I've grown a couple hundred strains and they all grow with the same requirements. If you can grow one strain, you can grow them all.

I can see how it would be root bound after a week in its first pot but I've decided to plant it in the wild for fits and giggles to see what happens to it. I may be back in 5 months with a monster or it will be dead in a week lol

A bit of an update on this one - So I decided to leave it in the bathroom for a few days before I planted it out and within an hour of being out of the tent it was looking fully healthy so it looks like it didn't like being under the LED light. I had it 23" away which I thought was plenty but it obviously wasn't!
