why is my bud purple??

you sure its skunk 1 didnt realize it could go purple thought you had to have a purple strain like black rose or purple power punch

Unless the person who sold the seeds lied... Its skunk#1 from a store in ottawa, ontario. They had many strains and stuff so they seemed like they knew there shit..

ive heard of additives you can add to purple strains to make em more purple maby there is something in the nutes what is your nutrient selection and what mix you use to feed em ?

purple bud usually comes out purple because of lower temps at night regardless of the strain (for the most part) .. just what ive heard of the purple grape vein

what temps do you recon i would need on a night time to get my cannabis to turn purple then ? i think im hitting round 50 on a nite time but if i open the window a bit more the draught can pull it lower for me

and yes there are some additives you can buy to make ur bud look purple plus some additives that make it taste sweeter

whaaaaaaaaaaat! Ok so first harvested plant. The small clone single cola:

80g Wet w/ no stems. 1oz dry?



I cut it tonight cause it was banana growing and it looked ready. The others still have a bit.:leaf:

Ok so the big harvest is tonight!

Growing skunk#1 for my first grow has been great and i plan to keep 1 or 2 plants in my veg room. Great high, easy to grow, good yeilder and from clone its ready in 55-60 days, a bit more than advertised on sensi-seeds (these seeds were not from there but im assuming skunk#1 is pretty universal now..). For topped/fimmed or anything that adds more buds i have noticed an extra 5 or so days is needed to get the same ripeness.

Anyways tommorow il have pics of the full harvest( all of 2 plants!).

My one clone i cut dried from 76g wet to 18.5g dry so not bad for a tiny tiny clone.:leaf:
