Why is my cannabis plant like this?

Whats up everyone, I need a little bit of expert help. I germinated a couple photo seeds recently, they sprouted a little over 10 days ago. One of them look amazing, its on its third node with nice wide looking leaves and been recently transplanted. This plant here( i attached pictures) grew almost at the same rate but for some reason the plant is not growing the quad serrated leaves like a normal plant. I was wondering if any experienced growers have come across this and know what it is. I was thinking maybe its just a mutation. I wanted to know if the plant will stay like this or will eventually grow the tops? If you look closely at the pictures theres a spot where it looks like the node was suppose to have growth but just never did. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks fellas

This has happened to you before? There's literally no growth in the middle of the 2 set of leaves where you would usually see sprouting of the new set. eh I guess it doesn't hurt to let it grow, I was just wondering if I should replace this one and plant another seed. Thanks for the reply.

I do have fans in the tent and an inline fan exhausting, air is not directly on the plant. It's been about 10 days since i posted and the plant is growing its first tops on the underside of the upper leaves with no tops. Weird, I'm not sure if i should chop off the large stem thats growing no top,(I'm pretty sure I should chop them off for lighting purposes)I think it's kind of cool though.. I kinda wanna keep it there, it's like my plant has a boujee umbrella haha

My only advice is to research the plant, the way it grows, what it likes & dislikes, as well as how to get the best out of your plants using light, medium & fertilizer.
1st thing to keep in mind is every seed isn’t a winner. Don’t let this rough start discourage you. I do suggest transplanting it into something dark. A normal pot, with good drainage. I’m not sure what you are using for a light… but for now.. something like this can get you started.

after a week or 2 you wanna get yourself a decent light source for them.

Sometimes I'm a little forgetful, yeah go figure. But there has been times when I had 1 seedling look like that when the others looked fine. It was because I forgot to put drainage holes in one cup. Did you forget?

Start 'em with t5's if you want a good cheap veg or starter light.

If you want to "see" the roots, put them in clear solo cups, then put the clear cup inside a dark colored one. Walla, pull the clear cup, and you can see the roots. Roots do not like light, and getting them out of that water bottle is gonna be fun when it's time to transplant without disturbing the roots.
