Why is my plant so small at almost 6 nodes...

Here she is..sweet tooth may be her strain not 100% sure... I see all these people topping their ladies at like 5th node and they are triple the size of my lady... theirs have these massive fan leaves... short stocky.. tons of branching going on under... so when would you top this lady?

If it's a photoperiod, let it get a bit more size, an inch or so. If it's an autoflower, dont. Just LST as it branches. Sometimes when they're that small they're slow growers, and once they get established well the grow like weeds. Ph plays a major part in a plants growth patterns and health. I've heard the same as you, and have see from experience strain type plays a huge part in how a plant grows.

If you are wondering why your plant isn't performing as well as others it might be from number of things such as light, grow medium, temperature etc. and if you wanna know when is it best to top your plants than my 2 cents is to do it on 4th node if your plant is healthy and growing rapidly that is. every time I top my plants by the time they resume growing normally my bottom branches kinda catches up with my new top sites resulting in more bushy plant

I'm only seeing 3 nodes there (maybe 5 if you are counting the cotyledons and the first single blade leaves). Are you counting each level of branches as 2 nodes or something?

Why not? Looks good, definitely not 6 nodes as far as I can see. Maybe 3 + cotyledons...why you worried about a healthy plant?

Its looks healthy enough but it is on the small side. Tall with minimal branching. Not getting enough light?

It looks like it’s getting adequate light intensity...unlike most rooms, hence why it’s not stretchy. There’s nothing wrong with that plant. It looks better than most posted with questions on here. No def or tox...just a happy green little plant. Everything about this plant is the opposite of too little light. Lol
