Where has Nevil stated he got started using SSSC genetics ? His Hazes and Skunks were from the Ratman,Early Girl from Rob Clark,the NL lines from the original NL crew,Afghan lines from Maple Leaf Wilson what were the SSSC lines he used ?Nevil got most of his strains from USA. NEvil like has already been stated gor the old SSSC genetics, and started up wit Sensi, until Bush Sr had him detained in Aus for seed trafficking, but they let him go after 6 months, and he freaked out, sold off his stuff to his other half, and went away for a while. I was buying all those old strains.
Another thing is the seeds were coming from California, not Holland. All the Post Marks I got came from Cali. Many of them Santa Barbara. This was in 84-85.

ALL of these are still alive and well in Pacific Northwest and many others were taken to Holland in the early 80s. Some are only available as cuts, or hybrids, but all the stuff Ive run, and my buddies have run are 100% truly potent, and what I remember.
Its also true Sensi lost many of the original clone mothers, and had to do reselections, and IMHO are but shadows of the originals. Not even in the same universe.
Sensi also still advertises their NL with the Winning Cup Designation, when the stuff they sell now is NOT NL5.
They used to advertise as having NL5, and some years back changed the description about the genetics, but still have the Cup in the ad, which is highly misleading, and fraudulent. IMHO/YMMV.
IMHO they are a huge company, with huge overhead, who lost many of their original genetics, and are living by their name, and stain name reputations.
Serious Seeds, Dutch Passion, and all those companies IMHO/YMMV are junk compared to what they used to be, and while I don't care to pay $200+ for a pack of seeds, but they ( Many of the Big Box Companies ) are over priced, and lesser genetics than they used to be.
But for anyone that's interested heres a few companies that have Nelils old genetics, Super Sativa Seed Club Genetics, 90's Serious Seeds White Widow and 90s SENSI genetics
99% are hybrids, and I buy all I can afford, and that I can get my greedy hands on.
I also have 0 dog in this fight, am not trying to sell anyones seeds, could care less if anyone buys them or not, Im just trying to alert people to some original 80s-90s killer genetics that are very hard to find, and I buy all of these that I recommend, and me, and my buddies have many of these going right now. Im building a seed bank of these old genes, so I'll never lose them again.
The Nature Farm Genetics.
This guy just did a huge drop today.
Most all of them are crossed with Original Skunk. Pre Skunkman…. Original Sacred Seeds Genetics... HELLS ANGELS UNCLE FESTER is responsible for original SKUNK. He is deceased, and left the original genetics to his nephew.. Master Thai, who started ripping people off, and charging to much, so otherts got the genetics, and released it, and ran him basically out of the Norcal scene, and he had been doing this since the 70s, and had many, many great genetics. Its puzzling he went off the deep end.
Skunk won the 1st 3 California Harvest Fests in 67-69, and is undisputed, though many try and say otherwise, and was stabilized by 1969. Uncle Fester was a college psyc professor in the early 60s, and joined the Hells Angels in 1964, and was the guy that bred their weed.
He started out with Mexi Brickweed, which was insanely potent back then, seeds and all. Columbian Red/Gold, Acapulco Gold and Mazar.
Also considering BOEL were the biggest weed importers starting in 67 were stomping in the same neck of the woods, its possible Fester got his other genetics from BOEL.
Sacred Seeds was started in 1938, and had genetics going back to 1915.
They had the original Romulan when it was brought back from Korea in the early 50s. Skunkman was working as an apprentice growing in Santa Cruz, got into trouble, started working with the Feds, and got Sacred Seeds Busted, and the deal was they would leave all the seeds, and plants with intact rootballs in the garbag, outside, overnight, unguarded, and ratman went back and got all of it, bred the Skunk out of it, and took it to Europe. When Nevil, and others got wind that ratman got SS busted, and was working with the feds, all of them stopped messing with him.
The Nature farm Genetics has the Original Pre Sam the Skunkman (RATMAN ) Sk1 genetics known as Uncle Festers 69 Sk18 IBL, and has also been Phylos tested. This is also an Inbred Line, but has a fair amount of genetic diversity, because it hasn't been bottlenecked, though this release IS more closely selected with less genetic diversity, because hes trying to more isolate the RKS phenotype.
He doesn't claim that it is RKS, but there are RKS phenos in the line, and in this breeding, he tried to more Isolate this trait. He used over 200 plants, and picked only 4-5 females/Males each that passed his inspection.
He says if you want RKS that the 90s Sensi x Sk18 is what you want for dead on the road skunk. But even the 1st release Sk18 open pollination REEKS, of skunk spray, garlic, onions, and other chemicals. This is not sweet like SSSC/Nevils Sk1, and is the genetics before it had the Skunk bred out of it to more floral. Though there were still reekers in the SSSC genetics. It was bred to an Afghani to make Super Skunk.
He has all of these crossed with Sk18.... I believe he also may send to other countries, but Im not for 100% sure.

Coastal Seeds... He has a line crossed with the NL1. Nature Farm uses mainly Sk18... Coastal uses NL1

Nature farm "claims" to have a Skunk line from 69 and there's quite a few people that dispute that claim but it is in no way shape or form an IBL.
