why is the hair's not growing

i don't know what's happening
i have a 1 female plant that its grown by feminized seed
and its been 10 days in to flower
the plant is 27 inches tall
its growing under 430 hps
for nuts botanicare pro grow and liquid karma for veg
and for flowering botanicare pro bloom and liquid karma
and its in a 60 gallon pot

i really do need help pleas

Did you veg till it was mature? And from then you can expect to wait 14 to 28 days to see pistols depending on strain.

60 gallon pot? A bit over kill for a plant that is 27"? Mine are in 20 gallon and a 3ft tall and almost 4ft around. They barley filled the pot with roots

it sumtimes takes 2 weeks plus for pistils to show

but can only happen after plant matures
maturaty is when side by side branching changes to alternating branching
maturaty comes from 4 to 6 weeks diff on diff plants and diff phenos of same plant
