Why is this happening ?

My plants are almost three weeks old, I was told I am watering them to much but my question today is, why are these leaves so yellow and dropping ? While the rest of the tree looks prefectures healthy?

Just for your information I am growing outdoors at the moment

you were told right. stop watering until they drink it.

Yellowing of the cotyledon leaves is quite normal. You are gtg. Follow proper watering techniques.
