The berry bombs root wraped itself around the seed wtf.. New seed 
I digged it up after 4 days to find the root wrapping on the seed instead.of growing straight.
The problem was because of me
1. I over watered
2. Got too excited and planted the seed without letting the root grow an inch or so.
Resolution : germinated a new seed, waited for the root to be 1cm in length and place the root down and only cover the seed so the top half of the seed remains slightly above the soil whilst the root is in soil. 24hrs later it began its vegative stage !!
