that's for DAMN sure. all my rep came from stupid bullshit, all the stuff I thought was rep worthy didn't get rep at all. so rep and post number definitely don't matter.

im not stingy with the rep.. sometimes i give it out just cuzz im in a good mood!!! you know that bro... and if i see something that deserves rep ill give it then too.. if i can.. sometimes i gotta rep a unch of chumps for nothing just to rep the dude that deserved it lol.. aint that a shame

I only give it out if I think it's deserved, I mean, for answering this thread I wouldn't expect any at all, the rep system can be easily abused & shouldn't be taken too seriously.. You shouldn't give rep just for receiving rep either.. kinda totally flaws the whole system

Yeah, I try not to judge by the rep points, but I also hope when I give my own humble advice that it's not discounted for that.
Im sure there are many people here who have been growing for years and years that have only just joined the site.

The good advice gets few reps, but a smart ass remark will generate a crap load of points.
