Why Seedlings are taking forever to grow?

Strain - CropKing feminized white widow
# of plants - 2
Grow Type - Soil
Grow Stage - Seedling
Lights - VIPARSPECTRA V300 300W
Nutrients - General Organics GO Box
Medium - Eco Scraps Potting Soil and Perlite
pH - 6.4
Room Temperature - 75-80 F

Problem: My seedlings are taking forever to grow and I'm not sure what to do about it. They sprouted 2 weeks ago and the growth has gone to a slow crawl lately. The cotyledons are turning yellow and the new leaves seem brown at the edges. Can anyone please lend a hand?

I have experienced this when I over watered them in the past.

They look overwattered.

Try using a seedling mat to warm the root zone and achieve a faster dry back.

I ran 2 seeds one without by flower. I had what looked like a cutting outside the dome and a big bush in the dome

soil is so rough to do, and so is organic. if you want good bud add the correct nutrients and flush it out at the end of flower. No reason to be that organic about nutrients. Salts are salts.

Water pH'd at around 6.4, the light is about 18", 18/6 cycle, and the soil doesn't smell rancid and no warm sensations
