Correct.. and if keeps raising replacing with RO water then change it out for lower ppm below the starting ppm. My values are the tangibles in the equation everyone and different for everyone.

Permafrost is my Hempybucket experiment, which went well and probably the least maintenance of any of my plants I ever grew, just size and speed is not there. It would be nice to ditch the air pumps and such, maybe i will try a hempy bucket in a scrog and see how it goes. It probably has about 7 to 10 days to go.

Well it takes around the same time to harvest just the DWC grows quicker and bigger causing more yield in the time frame.

I chopped down the Blue Cheese last night.. bit early around nice golden tones but not where I really like. I need the room and the buds look done, no matter what the trics are saying.

Camera got kinda funky some up higher on tub and some on floor, I think it focused on the taller buds. Looks like maybe 3-4 ounces dry.. these things are bricks.

I rough trim them before dryer and fine tune them after dry before jars here are couple nugs (note you can see with the naked eye the trics just standing up like little peckers ready to explode) that is what you want to see with big bulbus heads (ya sounds like a porno):

So basically this journal is complete with the harvest of this except a smoke report and final weight. In that time some of the other plants will be done, and the juicy fruit scrog is a male.. wtf.. I hate reg seeds.. ugh. I have a couple chemdawgs that will get the scrog as it is a stretchy plant at least the pheno or mother I have.

BigZ ya for my tastes couple weeks but you may differ.. it's really your call I hate telling anyone when to chop. I am going longer now then ever and thinking of going longer.. its that much better.

Anyone ever take a clone near buds forming in flower then have it just turn all like retarded? I mean I have a sageNsour clone I REALLY want to keep and its growing but its growing retarded leaves and pre flowers like its stuck between flower and vegging. Normally the retarded ones straighten out after couple days this one is getting big and its just looking retarded. I will get a pic up tomorrow I have to run now though.

ive done that before. took close to 2 months before it started growing properly. just grew 1 and 3 finger leaves untill it corrected.

my current Colombian mom formed single blade leaves for 3 nodes then started to progess normally. taken 1.5 weeks of flower.
 
the genetics will be saved, its just gonna be retarded for a cool minute. just put it aside till you see some normal growth. she wont require much till then thats for sure
 
I was noticing the other day when I was cutting fan leaves like I always do I did my Holy Grail Kush and the Black Jack that after the trim the next day the water line was almost near where I left filled it. Meaning the plant did not eat or drink that much after the cutting leaves. Yet the next day it was used up to the tune of 50% again, exact same with both plants.

Just another example that the plants uptake is not compromised by cutting leaves or it's feeding. It's like they say "whoa wait a minute" the say ok let's continue.. I have never seen an issue except light and air getting to where I want on the plant.

I am ok with the short day delay in growth by doing a procedure that has more benefits then negatives.

Just another piece of evidence that supports my way is ok of me as long as my plants are eating and green, oh and of course top quality.

Here is a nug of my blue cheese close up, could let it go couple more days.. but its close enough. Yum cant wait!

This nug sat at my computer desk and stank of sweet skunk blueberry poop.. damn this will be some dank stuff for my first cheese wish I would cloned this one too damn it now I got to order seeds again! LOL *if* the smoke is as nice as the smell.

So I found a store around me to go to for nutrients and such and I asked the guy about gravity and he told me they stopped selling this at there store 6 months ago because there were studies on it and it was concluded you had a higher risk of cancer because of some ingredient in it. Keep in mind they sold other Humbolts own products so it was nothing against them, and it wasnt a mandatory recall or anything they just choose not to carry it anymore. Just thought I would pass this along and see if you heard anything about it.

Thanks and yea I ran it two runs and didn't notice much other then my buds got more "crispy" then normal. Not sure but I have stopped running it for a few runs now, if I don't see "wow" factor results from a product I am trying to induce then I pitch it.
 
So how was the Blue cheese? Have you ever tried this stuff called bloomtastic, the guy suggested it as an alternative to the gravity?
