Im growing in happy frog at the top and ocean forest at the bottom. I have a viparapectra par 450&par 600 over them. Last two waterings was with regular phd water. And i water whenever the pot feels dry and light. My lights are a good 18in aways the taller plant in the back is more like 12inch away from the light
Well that doesnt sound hot, those are in flower right? Do they seem to be drinking slower then usual?

Anc was asking to post up your humidity, temperature of the grow and temperature of the foliage if possible & yes it may help.

Unless your growing with ambient temps in the 60's, i dont think cold water would cause a long term droop. Wild cannabis pulls water from the ground at 50-55f.

What are they ? ....Autos or photos.

Looks like you have hit sexing and beginning flower. Did you move to flower cycle ?
The " layering " of soil in your container is not a problem , I have done something similar with a " hotter " mix at bottom.

Plant shock could be an issue , but consistent damp soil can also slow growth and stunt .
Looks like you are in smart pots - keep air circulation going on as this helps move out dead air and replenish .there is no reason also to ( saturate ) pots like those In my 5 gallon smart pots I use a little less than 4 cups water per container and they are fine.
The FFOF should be able to carry the plants BY ITSELF for awhile without ANY NUTES.
Especially since you layered into bottom of pot.

You can insert wooden sticks ( skewers ) to support main stem or any branches that may hang past pot rim. You can do some LST on them too. I used safety pin thru smart pot rim and kite string to carefully OPEN up plant.

Good luck.

Yea they are drinking at nice rate. Lest than a week and the pots feel dry and light.. I have a fan blowing in from the outside and it's pretty strong. I need to get a thermometer..
