Wierd plant growth

so I have a plant that has multiple leaves that are growing wierd. So one of the leaves looks as if it separated into two different leafs on one stem. Any ideas what it could be?

I got a load of weird stuff fucking up learning to grow, still do normally too much fertilizer sometimes too close to lights.

Its a common deformity, nothing to be conserned about.
