Well, to be honest, yeah.
I mean you can grow plants in that heat, but it'll deminish your goals in the long run.
Some strains will be ok with it, some will just die straight away - some will lose potency from it and some will literally cook - some will become stressed and turn hermie, some sativas on the other hand may LOVE it and grow into 20 kilo super bushes...
But really, you wanna try and get it to 75F with lights on and roughly 8 - 12F cooler at night.
Try aiming a fan AT the bulb, or maybe look into a cooltube? Even just getting another slightly bigger exhaust fan [if you have one anyway] and put it near the bulb so its sucking the heat straight away and getting rid of it.

ganjman makes some good points, but i wouldnt worry bout it unless u start to see negative results because of it. it gets to be 105 outside round here but as long as they get fresh air they'll live.

they have been at that temp since i planted them and they seem to be ok, so will just have to keep my fingers crossed mate.
im in the uk and we have been having alot of hot weather the last few weeks.

thats what i was hoping.
i drops about 3degress if i have the door open abit, but cant do that for much longer as they will start stinking soon.

No problem... I can't shut my door to my closet or it'll be too hot, so you're lucky. Since the beginning, my humidity has been at a constant 40% and the temp at 82 degrees during the light cycle, and 66 degrees during the dark cycle. I have only watered it when it's dry and I haven't used any nutes or ferts.thats what i was hoping.

this is my second time round useing this set up. used to grow in a tent but changed it for this as not one person has took a second look at it, people just assume its a wardrobe.
first time using both the lights.
had a heat problem the first time i used it so could only have one light on at a time

i mean it's not subtle (in my opinion). if i saw something like that in smoeone's room, warddrobe would be the last thing i'd thinkg. that's jsut me though, i've an analytical mind, it wouldn't stack up 
but as you say, people assume it's a wardrobe, so your plan is certainly working

to close for me to mate. i was in but i wouldnt open the door so they smashed it in. lucky for me its only a one plug set up so i just pulled the plug in time. they took me to the police station and two of them stayed to secure my front door. about an hour i was sitting in the cell waiting for someone to come and tell me that they had found my plants. i felt sick but then a grunter came to the cell door and told me my home was secure. i can tell ya i was shitting my self..lol.
