Smartpots or airpots. Problem solved
how big do they grow for you in a pot that size?Yes sir.. I use the 1.25 gallon air pots..
how big do they grow for you in a pot that size?
Depends on how long you will be vegging.......Going to be finishing in a 2 gal pot with 2' vert space going to do some lst. My question is will I run into a rootbound problem?
So u think 16" is enough to lst and get ok-good yield? Btw working with 204 or 206 w of cfl.have them withing 3" now.got a NL and king kush I will be growing.I would go with the 3.5 for sure.......
yea i agree. being a good grower means thinking outside the box, being crative with your green thumbNo it's too little space......but I still would go with a bigger pot..........you know those rectangular type pots that are short but long would work good for your situation... ....or those small rubbermaid totes can be used like pots just cut some holes in the bottom....anything short and really wide will work doesn't have to be a traditional pot/I know you said thats what you have but if you want a decent yield you want to be able to veg a little longer and have a bigger root mass....with a 2 gallon you can't veg for 4-6 weeks and not have to worry about getting root bound which in turn will affect yield......and those cfl should be suffice for for a while.....what color spectrum are they??
I veg and flower my clones in 2 gal bags with no prob. LST may be different from my method, but I've never had an issue with it lolli-popping. Hell, I have gotten a massive bud from a 20oz dixie cup. (wish I had pics of that!)Going to be finishing in a 2 gal pot with 2' vert space going to do some lst. My question is will I run into a rootbound problem?
Yeap Smart pots and air pots are great for air pruning.Get root pruning pots...I like 3 gallon but to each there own.
