just a question anyone think my bigger plant will stop growing? Both 12/12 from seed both germed same time both planted same time. 2.5 months old

The right one looks like an autoflower and the left one looks like it has some time left. If they were supposed to be two of the same strain or seed then you got jipped.

I've noticed seeds from the same batch don't always exhibit the same traits and can often be quite different. Maybe even mutated.

they came out the same 7 gram bud lol definitely same when I rub the stems they both smell the same.

Top that tall one if you want it to slow vertical growth. Clone the cutting. With any luck it'll root in a week or so, and you'll have two of that same plant (hopefully female).
