Will it stunt my plants growth?

I have a 2 week old plant, I got the SSH clone in a beer cup with a few drainage holes.

The thing is, when I PROPERLY watered it today, only a bit of water seeped out... I made the holes bigger, but i can see the moist soil.

I wanna move it into a similar size proper pot that has drainage holes, OR I could just move it into it's large pot now.

My question is:... Will moving it with the soil it's already in, stunt it's growth? or cause shock?

No, it will not hurt anything as long as no roots are damaged.

use superthrive it helps with shock you an get it at walmart for like 10bucks
