Will light from inside effect a seedling on the windowsill during the dark evening?

will the house light effect the plant on the windowsill when it's dark outside? it'sonly a seedling but when it gets a bit bigger i don't want it thinking the days are longer then shorter etc.

yes any light will affect the dark period...it's not uber important in veg, but in flower it's a must
