Will my buds get any fatter at all?

I wouldn’t sweat bud size, while big buds look great, they also, in my experience, can present problems, chiefly, big buds that take a long time to mature tend to be susceptible to bud rot more than smaller buds, plus they have a big heavy stick in the middle (lol). I much prefer a lot of mid sized buds.

I ask because I stripped the lower stuff late on a crop recently and this is exactly what happened and they missed out the growth phase.
I've been at it a long time and never seen that happen before.

I think they look great. What strain is that? Is it an OG or a Kush of some sort. Looks like it has that type of growth structure. If so this could just be the way the strain grows. Not every strain will yield a pound no matter how good you're at growing. You have plenty of light and it looks like they are healthy so I would say that its not something you did wrong, just the strain or genetics.
I grew out a Louis XIII OG by Cali Connection years ago, the plant was short and maybe yielded an ounce total. Almost all the other plants in the tent same grow tripled or quadrupled the yield of the Louis OG, All grown the same way. So its not always human error. Its just the strain.
Also you may be worrying too soon. The buds fatten up the most in the last weeks of flower

Ayyy bro best reply I’ve had thanks so they will get juicyer towards the end hopefully within 3weeks because I Am hoping to harvest within 3-4 weeks get my next run going also the strain is mostly indica but hybrid clone and it’s runtz x jealousy

Yeah thats a real mut of a strain, lots of hybrids involved in that breeding and if it was real runtz then theres also an unknown strain they crossed with to make the Zkittles so god knows. Just give it time my man and itll be just fine, your buds will fatten and the smoke will be great Im sure.

There’s another problem for ya. Don’t bother with the super high end beans, ain’t shit but hype, best weed I’ve grown mfs been from packs under $50 for regs and under 100 for fems. There’s more snake oil and nonsense hype in the weed business than any other horticultural businesses.

runtz is a known small producer anyways yes? bad phenotype expression from poly-hybrid. Back to the ol' days of run the whole pack and pick the winner.

No worries lol, tbf I’ve never grown stand-alone runtz but several crosses. Definitely puts some flavor into everything it touches though, this runtz x mint tastes like cotton candy bubblegum

This is my first post and i am in no way a master grower but you are ultra stressing out about yields times etc. Im assuming this is your first grow. Your buds might be on the small side but your plants look healthy and have frost. It gonna get you high. You are being way to hard on yourself. For a first grow its awesome. Ive seen absolutly horrendous first grows. Hell Horrendous 10th grows lol. Ya you might have stunted them but you know what.. NO ONE starts out a master and failures are only failures if you didnt learn anything from it. Slow down relax enjoy the process, learn from the plant. Stop focusing on the Neg and instead on the Positive. PS start learning about the Cure process now and buy some Grove Bags much better then jars in my opinion
