Will my buds swell up some more?

12-1? twelve hours on, 5.5 hrs off, one hour on, 5.5 hours off, repeat? yea i do that for veg

i slowly decrease the on cycle in flower from 12-12 to 9-15 by 30 minutes every two weeks.. take off 15 minutes from the start and 15 from the end to equal 30 minutes. i just do it to cut electric costs and mimic real light cycles.
