Will my seedling survive?!? please help!

Ok basically im growing 5 pure power plant seedlings (first grow), im growing them inside before planting them outside.
i think its about day 6, 4 are doing great, but the 5th is about half the size of the others, wilted and curled looking, and the leaves are turning sort of a browny, dark green (whereas the other four are a light strong green.)
Im guessing its either over watered, or some sort of heat damage.
im using miricle grow potting soil, and 1 100watt cfl (as i only need to grow them under light till there around 5 inches.. and im gunna keep them under pvc bell jars outside till there around 12inches tall :)
But yeah, please take a look at the pic, and if anyone has had the same problem, or knows whats happend, or even better has the solution to the problem, you would make me a very happy man :D
i dont wanna loose one of my babys :(
cheers

forget the over watering.. at this point it doesnt matter... you made the mistake when you potted the seeds in miracle grow soil.... its faaaarrrr too rich of a soil for seedlings... u need a soilless mix or a very very light root soil for seedlings.... `
I wouldnt use miracle grow at all....

That is a little delicate....... I would just start over..... with fresh beans or clones....
But if you cant... Then try to re-pot in soiless mix...... I reallllly hope it works out for you man!!!
Keep it green! peace
