Will my seeds be ok?

Hey,I started my seeds 3 days ago,they all germinated.I then put them in rockwool,but rather than make a hole for them I cut the rockwool blocks in half to the centre,bredth-ways,and placed the seeds in.Now obviously they didnt sprout so,realising my mistake,I got another 3 rockwool cubes and done it properly,making a hole in each and transplanting the seedlings into these.
My question is,have I already damaged these irreperably or should they still sprout?Im really annoyed with myself but am wondering if I should just get new seeds and start over again or should they be ok-I was very careful when I transplanted them?And how long should I give them before I know they wont sprout?Theyre strain-hunter "money maker" seeds?

Theres no difference today,ones tap root has grown slightly but the new growth is much thinner.Thats been 5 days now since they germinated,how long should I give them before I give up the ghost?Also,I have my light on,is this ok?I dont want to go and start new seeds until I know these are goosed,as I dont have the lighting to grow that many plants if these ended up sprouting.
Im starting to think I should just have used soil and planted the seeds without germinating them first,but I have to be able to leave them for a couple of days at a time so I went for dwc,and I believe this is better anyway.

I would say they are toast - sorry. Btw you can grow in soil and be gone for days at a time with an drip system on a timer or by using Blumats, which is my preference.
