Will perpetual cloning keep new clones immature?

If I clone while the plant is still immature (symmetrical nodes), will the maturity clock "reset" or will it mature at about the same time as the mother plant? And if it stays immature longer, can you keep doing this repeatedly or will the clones eventually mature to quickly to get new immature clones from them.

I've had great luck with fimming and topping for multiple tops, but I got slimed (dwc) and by the time I got that issue fixed and was ready to clone the plants had matured and now all my clones have alternating nodes. I've read that you don't get the same (desired) response from topping and fimming if the plant has alternating nodes. I'd like to be able to do Uncle Ben's "topping for 4 cola's" in a perpetual grow if it's possible to keep getting immature clones. If not I guess I'll just have to supercrop. Thanks in advance!!!

The mom will always be like the kids , vice-versa - vice-versa - vice-versa You can keep the mom as long as you want. Yes, that means forever.... the cycle will continue as long as you wish

It will mature in time (alternating nodes) if you let a clone grow out.

Ie: I topped a pe plant that wasnt mature and cloned the top, grew it out till its mature and now I take mature clones off of it.

I went to try UB method and couldn't find a single plant with symmetrical nodes anywhere. teens, moms, flowering. wtf when do you actually do it?

When you grow a plant from seed it will have symmetrical nodes until it matures, then the nodes will be asymmetrical from then on including any clones taken from the mature plant.

you can achieve the same result with asymmetrical nodes, it just takes a little more time and attention.
