will puting clones under 12/12 light schedule affect them ro0ting?

i have limited space rite now.,.,and the only viable space iman have for my cuting is the flower ro0m.,.,i was just wondering if i put my clones in the ro0m with my flowering plant will it affect ro0ting of the clones?any help apprieciatedwill they tryn flower without ro0ts and die?i have them in those plugs that expand when introduced to aqua,and rapid ro0t powder ro0ting hormone,about 120 watts of cfls but there in the indirect light

No they will grow vegitativly for about a month in 12/12 after that they will quit getting taller and put on bud weight Doing it this way keeps the plants nice and short..Your roots will be fine ....

Interesting question. Probably work but will take a lot longer to root. That's my guess.

I would recommend just biting it and getting another bulb, even if it is just one. The more a clone is in flower the longer it takes to root.

Infact it could be time to think about an upgrade to HID for flowering, then use all those cfls for your veg!

Either way get those clones under a veg cycle!

if you take a cutting a put it in a cup of water under 12/12 it will show its sex after a few weeks, so i think it should happen here too if you do it.clones only need like 1 42w light on 24/7 to root, or maybe like 3 13w bulbs, for now even one of those would probally be ok. you could also just take em out of the flower room right b4 lights off and then just stick em under a few low watt cfls, but then in that case you might as well just keep em in their all the time.do you know too much light during cloning/rooting is more harmful than helpful(which w/120w of cfls its not an issue really, just wanted to let you know if you didnt already.)

oh i forgot to say i cloned a clone.,.,its already sexed.,.but yes i will smith be back with how it went.,.,thanks to all and to all thanks for ure input.,.,they seem to be holdin up just fine so im pretty confident in theyre r0oting.,i will take pictures when i can get in my ro0m.,.,of the lovely little ishen treez.,.,.i jus had a high thoughtim also gonna flower sum of the little clones that are in question now.,.,very small and lollipop em.,.,right before harvest im gonna put one of them in very low temps right before harvest to get sum stoney purp,think itll work?the strain is banana og kush,which usually isnt purp(in color)what do u think?

all these views no input/output,.,.,update on the clones and my ban.og kush plant(super lst'd/toped) a bagseed i found that i stashed couple months back.,.,and the whole "mini" setup.,.,im really just doing this to c wat the finished product is like since i have cuttings.,.,dont want to spend to much time with a strain i might not like i dont really care how much weight i pull outa this its an xperiment.,.,oh and the plant has ben in flower.,.,like 3-4 days,.,not doing much yet not xpected to tho
