Ye looks fine but I would go with one which has a white liner inside as this will help spread the light more evenly around the tent.

Why would you waste that much money when you can build everything yourself for half the cost from home depot and 1 trip to your local hydro store for the white/black panda film which is what you want on the inside not the metal shit that is not near as refelctive. I just like to build my own shit hysro stores that sell those all ready made kits are a hughe rip off. its not that hard to build yourself just looks like it.
