Will the LED burn my plant?

Hello, dear firends. I have searched information about LED lights and more importantly can they burn the plant or is it okey for the plant to touch the light. I have read some of the grow journals and in some cases the plants were touching the LED light and the only problem was the bleaching and nothing else. I'm growing my Royal Queen Seeds - Dance World(75% sativa 25% indica) strain under 150W 10band UFO LED light in a PC case. The temps are from 16C to 24C. I have touched the LED and in my opinion it isn't hot at all its nice to touch and i can hold my hand all day there without any discomfort at all. TeriYaki was growing under 2 x 100W UFO's and hes plants only got bleaching after touching the light. What do you guys think? Thank you.
P.S. Second week in flowering. Feeding my girl BioBizz Bloom + Molasses+ Banana peals tea. Light shedule is 11/13.

I'm growing in a mrgrowpro with significantly weaker lights than a UFO. When my plants were within 4 inches of them (especially younger plants) they started showing signs of light stress. Bleaching on leaves, small spots, curling leaves. Thought it was a ph problem even though I checked everything, but when the only change I made was pull the lights back things improved drastically for leaves that hadn't started bleaching yet. I ended up having to cut the fan leaves with spots because they were done for, even after I pulled the lights back there was no reason keeping leaves around that would not recover or absorb light. I'd say even though you won't cause heat stress, those lights are intense and may be too close and will cause light stress. Bleaching basically removes a leaves ability to absorb light, which negates the purpose of even having the LED in my opinion.

I would just try to tie down the longest colas to even out the canopy height as much as possible. The higher the UFO is in the pc case, the better spread you will get out across the entire canopy. Being closer is only putting energy directly into the middle of the canopy at less than 10cm.
I think they recommend 12-16" [30-40cm] above the canopy, even for a lower watt UFO. If you can maximize anything over 15cm in height above the canopy, you will be much happier

Led light is intense. I have experienced bleaching by dropping led's too low. I use a couple 100 watt LED's. As stated earlier, light spread and height is important. NOT intensity and close proximity to tops! Use a tape often, and measure higest point on plants or tops, to the light. Do this frequently as your girls grow. I usually hang and LED 18-24" over seedlings and small plants. I gradually lower between 12-15" to flowering. Always watch your plant for light stress. Any leaf twisting or curling, or white spots, back off the LED.
