Will the trichomes ever turn golden after fungus gnat infestation?

My first grow is Magnum autoflower 13 weeks + 3 days
For this strain the recommended harvest is 11-12 weeks
planted in 3.5 gallon FFOF (+perlite).
I had / have a bad fungus gnat infestation, 95% of the leaves have died off.
I am still feeding Dr. Earth and treating fungus gnats with mosquito bits.

My question, I still can't spot any golden trichomes. Are the plants too sick to ripen properly?

Some genes just dont amber easy. I tend to see photo periods do it more than autos. I havent grown but like 6 strains my whole life though, just been running clones.

Everything is going to be delayed because you lost your main sources for producing energy/photosynthesis by losing all your fan leaves. Also, your sugar leaves are dying back too, which doesn’t help. Just be patient and keep it as healthy as you can. I’ve had bag seed photo strains take 13-14 weeks before they finished. Genes and stress can make things a bit unpredictable sometimes.

Truth is, With my untrained eye, and no loupe I am not sure if they have all gone cloudy
